Lincoln Scheer

Computer Engineer & Researcher

Welcome

I'm Lincoln Scheer, a Computer Engineering graduate of Fort Lewis College, based in Orange County. I'm actively engaged as a Remote Software Engineer at the Mixed Reality Lab at Fort Lewis College, building AR/VR simulations, PV system simulations, and containerized cloud web applications.

About Me

I have experience in various programming languages, including:

Additionally, I am proficient in several electronic design automation (EDA) tools, such as Autodesk Eagle, LT Spice, and Electric VLSI, and experience with Cadence Design Suite.

I also have experience working with microcontrollers for environmental air-quality applications. On top of that, I have hands-on expertise in nano-fabrication and I just wrapped up two-semesters of overseeing photolithography processes for our senior project, where successfully built functional PMOS MOSFETs.

Projects

Current Projects
  • Sunnyside Solar Web App — Builds PV production simulations for the Sunnyside Solar Farm, with interactive visualization and scenario analysis. fortlewis.edu/sunnyside
Academic Projects
  • PMOS MOSFET Fabrication — Led photolithography and fabrication for 2” silicon wafers, including process development and verification.
  • Microcontroller-based Air Quality Monitoring — Built embedded data acquisition systems for long-term environmental deployments.
  • EDA & Mixed-Signal Design — Designed circuits and layouts using Autodesk Eagle, LT Spice, Electric VLSI, and Cadence.
Personal & Web Projects

Hobbies

In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, and hanging out with my cat Corpse Grinder. I also enjoy writing rendering engines and game engines. I have a few projects on GitHub that I am working on.
